Hybrid working with regional travel
We are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor to join a large and leading engineering and infrastructure organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a hands‑on, operational HR role with a strong focus on employee relations and supporting line managers with day‑to‑day people matters.
Based primarily from the Hattersley office (on a hybrid basis), you will support several regional business areas across the North, providing practical HR advice, managing employee relations cases and helping managers apply HR policies and processes effectively.
The role would suit an experienced Senior HR Advisor looking to step into an HR Business Partner position, or an existing operational HR Business Partner who enjoys a hands‑on, ER‑focused role.
We are looking for a confident and experienced operational HR professional with strong employee relations experience.
Experience within engineering, construction, infrastructure, utilities or another operational environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
Experience of workforce planning, resourcing, benchmarking or HR metrics would also be beneficial.
The role will primarily be based in Hattersley (hybrid), with some travel across the North and to other regional locations as required.
Full Circle Technical is acting as an employment business and agency.
Only applicants with the right to work in the UK can be considered.
