Working hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday).
Location: This is a field-based/hybrid role, covering the South & East regions. You will have the opportunity to work in stores and from home. At Homebase, we trust you to manage your time effectively, but given the role, you should expect to visit stores within your division regularly (2-3 days per week, depending on need), along with occasional visits to our Store Support Center/Head Office for team meetings and catch-ups (e.g., 1-2 times per quarter).
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus car allowance and bonus earning potential
