About this opportunity
As the HR Business Partner UK (m/f), you will be responsible for establishing a strong human resources partnership and driving best practices and performance improvements in the UK office of Align Technology. You will not act as the HR Consultant but as a partner sharing responsibility for the goals and targets delivery. You will work closely with management and employees "on the front line," providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues such as talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training.
You will play an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs and talent initiatives within specific company functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will operate at all levels of the HR spectrum—strategic, operational, and tactical—effectively influencing across all company levels and navigating ambiguity by introducing structure and processes as appropriate.
You will align the global talent strategy with Align's business priorities to drive results, define and deliver talent processes and programs, and participate in the leadership teams as a strategic partner. We seek an HR Business Partner who is flexible, enjoys a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and can manage multiple demands and priorities.
