Job summary

Crimson Hotels Group is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding and employee records for our Crawley-based team. You will help answer staff queries and contribute to recognition and engagement initiatives.

You'll work closely with the HR Assistant Manager and General Manager to deliver a positive, inclusive employee journey and align with our hospitality-focused values and standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a generalist HR role.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law.
• Hospitality sector experience is a definite plus.
• Confident with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Approachable, well-organised and solutions-driven.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Support employee relations and staff queries.
• Assist with staff recognition and engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the HR Assistant Manager and General Manager to enhance team member experiences.
