Job summary

Crimson Hotels, a prestigious independent hotel group, is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Assistant for Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5. You will welcome guests, assist across bars, lounge, restaurant, and meeting spaces, delivering attentive service with a focus on hospitality and standards.

You should have excellent communication skills, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and be ready to contribute to a collaborative team. Experience in hospitality is a plus.

• Welcomes guests with a warm, professional approach across outlets including the bar, lounge, restaurant, conference areas and in-room service.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations.
• Assists in setting up and closing down service areas and contributing to a smooth, welcoming dining experience.

As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of Holiday Inn Express London – Heathrow T5 which is a 300-room hotel- perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.

What your day will look like?

You'll start by welcoming guests with a warm, professional approach, serving them across various outlets including the bar, club lounge, restaurant, conference areas, and through room service. Throughout the day, you’ll use your knowledge of food, wines, beers, and spirits to enhance the guest experience and ensure service is smooth and attentive. You'll be involved in setting up and closing down the service areas, always maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help create a welcoming and seamless dining experience for every guest.

What You’ll Bring?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic F&B Assistant, passionate about delivering quality service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests. You’ll be confident in using technology and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role. You will lead by example-demonstrating our values through outstanding customer service, teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
