The Cube Restaurant serves delicious, locally sourced food for breakfast and dinner, while drinks and light meals are available all day in The Olive Grove. Our chic meeting spaces include private boardrooms and a stunning event suite with a foyer and bar, perfect for hosting receptions or dinners for up to 200 guests, or 280 guests for meetings.
As HR Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the full team member journey. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting employment relations, responding to staff queries and importantly supporting staff recognition and engagement. You will be working closely with the HR Assistant Manager and General Manager to drive memorable team member experiences in line with our values.
We're looking for a motivated HR Assistant who thrives on supporting people and creating positive workplace experiences. You'll bring hands-on experience in a generalist HR role, backed by an understanding of UK employment law. familiarity with the hospitality sector is a definite plus, as is confidence working with Microsoft Office and HR systems. We're looking for someone who is approachable, well-organised, and solutions driven. and ideally, you'll be HR qualified or actively working towards it.
