You will work within the People team across Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, gaining broad HR exposure while applying academic learning in a practical setting.

Qualifications

• 3 A Levels / or BTEC with a Distinction (predicted grades are acceptable)
• Minimum 5 GCSEs including English & Mathematics at a Grade 9 - 5 or A - C
• Equivalent qualifications will be considered

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, review and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and people processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Accurately collate, maintain and analyse HR data, producing reports and information as required.
• Act as a professional first point of contact for HR enquiries, responding to calls and directing queries appropriately.
• Record and manage employee absence information, ensuring updates are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support in relation to Employee Relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes.
• Maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring HR systems, case management systems and departmental trackers are accurate and up to date.
