Job summary

News UK is offering a two-year HR Apprenticeship in London Bridge, starting January 2027. You will rotate through Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Diversity, gaining practical experience while pursuing a fully funded Level 5 CIPD qualification. Four days at News UK and one study day per week.

You will be supported by mentors and receive training across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and talent development.

Qualifications

• Strong organisation and prioritisation for multiple tasks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Genuine enthusiasm and commitment to a HR career.

Responsibilities

• Assist with advertising vacancies and drafting job adverts.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and daily workflows.
• Support TA and coordination of induction programmes.
• Coordinate Learning & Development event logistics and training schedules.
• Manage central mailboxes and respond to queries promptly.
• Support Diversity initiatives and outreach programmes.
