Job summary

News UK is offering a two-year HR Apprenticeship based in London Bridge. You will rotate through Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Diversity teams, gaining practical HR experience while pursuing a Level 5 CIPD qualification.

You will be paid above national living wage, work four days per week with one study day, and receive mentorship to grow within human resources. Training and a funded CIPD pathway are provided.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 course pursued as part of apprenticeship.
• Exposure to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Diversity teams.
• Hands-on experience while studying toward CIPD qualification.

Responsibilities

• Draft job adverts and advertise vacancies.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and manage workflows.
• Screen and source candidates for roles.
• Coordinate induction programmes for new joiners.
• Support Learning & Development events and schedules.
• Handle central mailboxes and respond to queries.
• Administer LMS for ongoing learning.
• Support Diversity initiatives and outreach programs.
• Contribute to Early Talent programmes and news literacy.
• Assist with payments and related processes.
