Job summary

EBRD in London seeks an Associate for People Solutions & Advisory to provide expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, focusing on health, wellbeing, absence management, performance improvement, mediation and employee relations.

The role acts as a trusted adviser to managers, staff, HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise, ensuring policy and process are applied consistently and pragmatically.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on employee relations, performance improvement, health and attendance management.
• Experience managing complex and sensitive employee cases.
• Experience interpreting and applying HR policy, process, governance and employment frameworks.
• Experience with case management systems and HR technologies.
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR advisory & case management across health, absence, performance and ER cases from start to closure.
• Provide risk-aware, policy-compliant guidance to managers and staff.
• Develop practical manager guidance from complex policies.
• Identify risks and organisational implications from casework and elevate as needed.
• Support managers through sensitive conversations and difficult staff scenarios.
• Maintain complete, auditable documentation of all case records.
