Royal Hospital in London seeks a Senior People Advisor to deliver specialist employee relations support across absence, investigations, grievances and performance management. You will back the HR Business Partner on projects that improve HR Operations and stakeholder engagement.

The role requires an HR professional with a strong track record in employee relations, compliance with employment law, and a solid HR systems background; Workday experience is a plus.

Formación

• Proven experience in employee relations and HR compliance.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation.
• Familiarity with HR systems and Workday is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialist advice on employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary investigations, grievance, performance management and organisational change.
• Support HR Business Partner in identifying and delivering HR projects to improve processes and efficiency.
• Upskill stakeholders to enhance management competencies and reduce litigation risk.
