The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development seeks an Associate in People Solutions & Advisory to provide expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on health, absence management, performance improvement, mediation and employee relations.

You will support managers, HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise to ensure policy and process consistency, while analysing case data and driving practical improvements to services and organisational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong HR advisory experience across employee relations, health and absence management.
• Experience interpreting and applying HR policy and governance.
• Experience analysing data and providing actionable insights.
• Experience managing vendor relationships is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex health, absence, performance improvement and related employee relations cases from initial assessment through to closure.
• Provide risk-aware, policy-compliant advice to managers and staff.
• Translate policy requirements into practical manager guidance and maintain audit trails.
