Contek Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an organised HR professional in Sheffield for a full-time, permanent role. You will handle the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through onboarding to ongoing development, while upholding confidentiality and data protection policies.

You will coordinate agency relationships, manage onboarding activities, and contribute to process improvements, ensuring timely probation reviews and strong stakeholder relationships across the business.

Formación

• Experience across the employee lifecycle and robust HR knowledge.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from advertising to offers and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment checks, and new starter activities.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and monitor performance.
• Verify references and ensure pre-employment compliance.
• Deliver HR inductions and develop training plans aligned to business needs.
• Administer apprenticeship programmes and levy management.
• Support probation reviews and HRIS data accuracy.
