Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, screening, interviews, offers and hiring support.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment checks to ensure a smooth start.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies, negotiate terms and monitor performance.
• Obtain references and ensure pre-employment compliance is met.
• Deliver HR inductions and maintain up-to-date policies for new starters.
• Develop training plans to support development and mandatory training.
• Administer Apprenticeship Levy and liaise with training providers.
• Monitor probation periods and support managers through the process.
• Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate records with data protection compliance.
• Coordinate EPDR processes and provide guidance to managers.
• Produce HR reports to inform decisions and workforce planning.
• Support HR projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster positive relationships across the business and uphold data privacy.
