Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a global and UK-based team. This permanent role offers up to £45k plus benefits and a people-focused service across the employee population.

You will own day-to-day HR operations, manage ER cases, support managers, and help shape the HR strategy to attract, develop and retain talent. CIPD qualification is ideal, with strong knowledge of UK employment law and solid data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive generalist HR experience in a global fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Ability to analyse HR data and dashboards to inform decisions.
• Comfortable managing ER cases and multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a proactive, solutions-focused HR service, empowering managers to confidently lead their teams.
• Manage ER cases involving performance, discipline, and grievance.
• Serve as first point of contact for all HR matters.
• Lead/collaboratively support HR and L&D projects.
• Build relationships with external organisations to strengthen employer brand visibility.
