Job summary

Neptune North in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide day-to-day HR guidance across assigned business areas. You will partner with HR BP to deliver talent initiatives, manage employee relations, and support training requests and transfers to ensure a smooth employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in HR Generalist/Analyst roles, solid UK employment law knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Analyst role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Solid grounding in UK employment law and HR best practice.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and ownership.
An Undergraduate Degree in a relevant subject.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees across your assigned business area(s).
Partner with HR Business Partner(s) to deliver talent management initiatives and year-end processes.
Manage sensitive employee relations matters, including performance and absence management.
Facilitate core HR processes such as training requests, internal transfers, and terminations.
Contribute to broader HR initiatives in partnership with HR Operations and other specialists.
Take ownership of client-area-specific projects and ad hoc reporting.
