LSH Auto UK Limited in Birmingham is seeking an HR Advisor to support managers and employees with practical, compliant people guidance. You will handle employee relations matters, advise on HR policies and employment law, and help strengthen processes across the business.

The role is on site and focused on delivering a positive people experience. The position is 40 hours per week with a salary up to £37,500 depending on experience, plus benefits including pension, eye care vouchers, and service

Competenze

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
• At least 3 years of HR advisory experience handling employee relations and HR casework.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters, and advising stakeholders at all management levels on employee relations issues.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR records and improve HR processes.
• Experience using Excel.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence.
