Job summary

Bluecrest Wellness is seeking an HR Advisor to join our HR team in a hybrid role serving Worthing and the Brighton area. You will provide expert advice on employee relations, absence management, and performance, partnering with managers to deliver effective people solutions and a great employee experience.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of UK Employment Law, experience in HR advisory roles, and exposure to HR policies and project work.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of UK Employment Law and employee relations best practice.
• Experience in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role.
• Experience managing employee relations casework including investigations, grievances, hearings, and restructures.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support on employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and lawful outcomes.
• Respond to HR queries with clear, practical, timely advice.
• Support line managers in managing sickness absence and ill health, including return to work discussions.
• Draft, review and update HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
