Bühler UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide practical, people-focused HR guidance across employee relations, performance and leave. You will guide managers, build trusted relationships across locations and translate business needs into compliant HR solutions.

You will lead learning initiatives, support recruitment, and manage lifecycle activities from onboarding to leaver reporting, while partnering with leadership to drive inclusive people practices.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor in a complex matrix organisation.
• Strong knowledge across HR disciplines including employee relations, L&D, and recruitment; understanding of pay topics.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with ability to prioritise, handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Strong L&D expertise with ability to identify training needs and deliver engaging programmes.
• High emotional intelligence and passion for people management and employee experience.
• Diplomatic communicator; able to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical HR advice on employee relations, performance, attendance and leave.
• Coach managers to make sound people decisions aligned with business goals.
• Build relationships across Bühler UK's locations.
• Translate business needs into HR solutions; implement policies and working practices.
• Manage onboarding, internal moves, family leave, exit processes and leaver reporting.
• Support restructures and organisational changes with compliant processes.
• Support recruitment, job descriptions and onboarding and talent pipelines.
• Deliver HR initiatives across workforce planning, engagement, inclusion, hybrid working.
• Lead learning and development activities including needs analysis and programmes.
• Manage apprenticeship, internships, graduates and recognition programmes.
• Analyse and report HR data and maintain records.
