Job summary

Latus Group, a leading UK occupational health provider, is seeking an HR Advisor in Manchester to handle general HR duties on a full-time, onsite basis. The FTC spans 6-9 months with a salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.

You will manage employee records, onboard new hires, coordinate benefits and wellbeing initiatives, and advise managers on HR policies while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in HR systems.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards).
• Previous experience in HR Administration or HR Coordinator role.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle administration.
• Experience supporting Employee Relations casework.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records across HR systems, databases and personnel files.
• Support the employee lifecycle, including contracts, changes, onboarding and inductions.
• Administer employee benefits, payroll changes, salary reviews and monthly absence reporting.
• Coordinate wellbeing, DSE assessments, welfare support and occupational health referrals where required.
• Provide first-line advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and employment matters.
• Support and coordinate employee relations casework, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence and welfare processes.
• Manage People Team enquiries, ensuring a responsive and high-quality service to colleagues and managers.
• Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities and company-wide people projects.
