Job summary

Coleg Cambria is seeking a permanent Human Resources Advisor to join a welcoming and supportive team. The role will be based at Deeside with regular travel to other Coleg Cambria sites, expenses paid. We offer agile and multi-site working with options to work across Wrexham, Ruthin or Northop sites.

You will handle varied HR duties, provide day-to-day HR guidance, and support recruitment and employee relations in a proactive, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• CIPD professional qualification to Level 5.
• Experience of providing advice and guidance to managers on HR related matters.
• Experience of processing transactional HR procedures.
• Welsh Language skills are an essential requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
• Support managers with a wide range of HR tasks including absence, disciplinaries, grievances, capability and performance matters.
• Assist with recruitment activities: writing job descriptions, shortlisting and panel support.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and stay up-to-date with employment law and HR best practice.
