Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a CIPD-qualified HR Advisor to own a varied advisory role across a multi-site organisation of more than 500 employees. You will support managers, directors and staff, ensuring advice aligns with legislation, policies and best practice.

The role covers 19 sites with occasional travel to branches. You will assist with recruitment, HR administration, employee relations and policy implementation, reporting to the Head of Human Resources and working closely with the HR

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an HR Advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR policies and best practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice to managers, directors and staff.
• Assist with employee relations, performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Ensure advice aligns with employment legislation and company procedures.
• Support HR administration across multiple sites and travel to branches when required.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding and maintain HR records.
