Job summary

Accrofab Derby is seeking an HR Advisor on a 17-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The role involves delivering expert HR support from recruitment to employee relations, while aligning with our RI SE values and maintaining legal compliance.

The successful candidate will manage HR processes, support line managers, onboarding, apprenticeship coordination and site training, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years HR experience desirable.
• Build and maintain good working relationships.
• Be detail orientated and maintain process adherence.
• Be reliable and dedicated.

Responsibilities

• Maintain legal compliance and promote equality and fairness in HR policies and procedures.
• Advise Line Managers on recruitment, performance management, absence management, grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals.
• Coordinate recruitment processes to optimise sourcing and reduce costs, develop talent pools and onboarding for new starters.
• Coordinate the Apprenticeship Scheme and manage changes to terms, conditions and remuneration.
• Support the Site audit requirements and coordinate training and development on site.
