HR Advisor - 15 Month Fixed-Term Contract
£35,000 | 15-month FTC | Flexible hours considered
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing People team on a 15-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover.
This is a hands-on generalist HR role where you'll work closely with colleagues and managers across the business, providing practical, commercial and people-focused advice across the employee lifecycle.
You'll support recruitment, employee relations, attendance and wellbeing, organisational change, HR administration, policies and processes, as well as learning and development activity.
A key focus will be helping to modernise and improve the People function - bringing structure to existing policies and processes, simplifying how things work and making sure our approach is both compliant and genuinely useful to our people.
About you
You'll be an experienced HR Advisor or generalist HR professional, ideally with CIPD Level 5 or a willingness to work towards it.
Manufacturing experience isn't essential - we're looking for someone curious, practical and keen to learn.
What we offer
The role requires a minimum of 3 days per week on site.
We're happy to consider candidates who would prefer to work fewer than 37.5 hours per week - we're looking for the right person and understand the value of flexible working.
We're committed to equal opportunities and welcome applications from people with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. If you need any adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.
Our commitment:
Equal opportunities are important to us. We believe that diversity and inclusion at Morgan Ryder Associates are critical to our success as DE&I positive company, so we want to recruit, develop, and keep the best talent. We encourage applications from everyone, regardless of background, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability status, ethnicity, belief, age, family or parental status, and any other characteristic.
