Job summary

Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG) is seeking an HR Advisor to provide professional HR advice and support to managers and staff across Lincolnshire, helping deliver patient-focused services.

You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, handle employee relations, attendance, organisational change and workforce planning, and contribute to wellbeing and workforce transformation initiatives within the Work Well Plan.

Qualifications

• Provide professional HR advice across a range of workforce matters including employee relations, attendance management, organisational change and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with managers, staff and Trade Union representatives to deliver people-focused solutions that support wellbeing and performance.
• Support the Work Well Plan to help build healthy, inclusive and high-performing workplaces.
