Eaton Syalon are recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join an established Derby business on a three-month temporary contract, with potential for permanence. You will work closely with the Head of HR and an HR Assistant, handling employee relations, policy updates and recruitment support in a busy generalist environment.

The role demands knowledge of UK employment law, strong HR administration, and the ability to implement processes across HR projects. Immediate or short-notice start preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER processes.
• Ability to write, review and update HR policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for general HR queries from employees and managers.
• Provide first-line advice on employee relations matters.
• Support development, review and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
