Job summary

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an HR Advisor to deliver a generalist operational HR service to allocated areas of the Trust. The role involves advising managers and staff on employment matters, including complex employee relations cases and organisational change, while supporting the HR Business Partner on key HR objectives.

Available at 0.5 or 1.0 full-time equivalent with flexible working considered.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
• Associate CIPD membership is required.
• Substantial advisory HR experience at a generalist level.

• Provide professional advice and support to managers and staff on employment issues
• Deliver a high quality generalist operational HR service to allocated areas of the Trust
• Support the HR Business Partner in delivering key HR objectives
