Overview
We are looking for a People Advisor to join our team for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the People Manager, you will provide operational HR and project support. The role has a strong generalist HR focus, but also provides the opportunity for someone to be actively involved in proactive talent management and development, organisation change, resource management, and HR improvement activities. The role will also include support a culture of continuous improvement to ensure that all contract objectives are achieved and maintained through the performance of people.
The role is remote and with the requirement to travel to Stoke-on-Trent 2 days per week. There will also be the requirement to travel to other sites on occasion.
Salary - up to £35,000 + Car
