Job Description

Are you looking to grow your HR career in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a proactive and organized HR Advisor to support our team with administrative and employee relations tasks on a 12-month FTC.

If you are an HR Coordinator with strong attention to detail, confident in handling ER basics, and passionate about smooth operations, this is an excellent opportunity for career development!

Responsibilities
What will I be doing?
  • Handling HR admin tasks, including new hire requests, pay reviews, promotions, and performance processes.
  • Supporting ER cases such as performance management, conduct issues, and disciplinaries.
  • Taking clear notes for TUPE cases, grievances, and other HR processes (training provided).
  • Collaborating with the Talent team and People Managers to improve HR processes and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining organization and compliance using your HR knowledge and people skills.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
  • HR Experience – Experience in HR admin, coordination, or generalist roles, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
  • ER Understanding – Knowledge of HR policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, with a willingness to learn more.
  • Great Communicator – Ability to support managers, explain HR processes clearly, and handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – Capable of managing multiple HR tasks and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Proactive & Adaptable – A problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
