Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Leaders Romans Group seeks a HR Advisor for a permanent, hybrid role based in Worthing. Join our award-winning, expanding company to support employee relations for approximately 700 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class HR advisory support to managers on disciplinary, capability, grievance, redundancy, occupational health, TUPE, absence management, restructuring, maternity, and flexible working matters.
  • Contribute to HR projects aligned with strategic goals.
  • Assist with integrating acquisitions into the business.
  • Generate reports as needed.
  • Train new managers on employment law.
  • Support HR Administrators with queries.

What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing and advising on ER cases.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to build productive relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple ER cases with attention to detail.
  • Experience with HR databases.
  • Teamwork experience.
  • Proficiency in report writing using tools like Microsoft Word.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Willingness to work flexibly as needed.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards it.
  • Multi-site experience from a central location is advantageous.
