Job Description:

How will you make an impact?

Provide comprehensive generalist support on day-to-day HR activities, covering both administrative and operational tasks in managing employees throughout their employment lifecycle. Working closely with HR management to ensure the highest quality of HR service is delivered to employees and the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent HR knowledge and a commercial eye to get involved and advance in their HR career.

Performance Management Cycle:

  • Support with yearly appraisal process and salary reviews, assisting managers with queries, organizing meetings, and updating systems
  • Analyze employee development data and provide insights to HR and L&D teams
  • Support HR Management in annual salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefit adjustments within the compensation cycle

Policies & Guide:

  • Ensure managers and employees are aware of and understand local HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and advice
  • Review, propose, and develop new policies in line with legislative changes
  • Maintain records of employment contracts and related documents

Employee Relations:

  • Manage ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings, flexible working requests, absences, and performance issues
  • Coach and train managers on ER processes
  • Compile ER reports and recommend actions
  • Conduct exit interviews and review feedback for insights
  • Handle absence reporting and action plans
  • Meet with employees and managers to address issues, escalating as needed

Other HR Operations:

  • Manage offers of employment and candidate records
  • Participate in induction programs
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and support compliance processes
  • Manage visa processes in line with regulations
  • Lead internal employee relocations
  • Assist in creating contracts, salary, and benefit adjustments, and update HR systems
  • Handle leaver processes, including exit procedures and holiday/benefits calculations
  • Support recruitment activities
  • Undertake projects and other tasks as needed

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and activities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; familiarity with Workday and SAP
