Job summary

Une entreprise de fabrication bien établie recherche un HR Advisor proactif et enthousiaste. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en RH, de préférence dans le secteur de la fabrication ou FMCG, et sera responsable de maintenir les systèmes RH, de coordonner les activités d'engagement et de conseiller les managers. Ce rôle situé sur site nécessite une qualification CIPD de niveau 3 ou 5 et un permis de conduire en raison de l'inaccessibilité par les transports publics.

Qualifications

• Expérience en tant que HR advisor/assistant dans le secteur de la fabrication ou FMCG.
• Compétences excellentes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à respecter les délais.

Responsibilities

• Maintenir les systèmes RH à jour avec des informations précises.
• Coordonner les activités d'engagement sur site et travailler avec des partenaires externes.

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join a well established manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all HR Systems are maintained and kept up to date with accurate information.
• Coordinate and support engagement activity on site, including localised event and working with external partners
• Advise managers on coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for their teams.
• Assist with the implementation of Group HR policy and procedures aligned with the overall people and business strategy.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience gained with a HR advisor/assistant position ideally within the manufacturing/logistics or FMCG sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally you will have gained a Level 3 or 5 CIPD Qualification

This is a site based role and therefore will require a driving license due to inaccessibility via public transport.

Due to the FTC element we are looking for candidates who can join either at short notice or immediate effect.
