Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent handling of sickness, maternity, paternity, and flexible working requests
  • Support recruitment activities including onboarding and new starter surveys, with insight into trends and improvements
  • Assist in managing performance reviews and probationary assessments, supporting managers and addressing any issues proactively
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist in the review and development of policies aligned with employment law and organisational values

What will the HR Advisor role involve?
