Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd in Normanton is seeking an HR Advisor to provide hands-on HR support with a strong Employee Relations focus in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manage disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance, coaching managers and ensuring policies are followed while supporting investigations and HR projects. This is a secure, long-term role with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations experience.
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
• Confident handling disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance cases.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to confidently advise and influence managers.
• Manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
• Commutable to Normanton.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR advice and support across a busy manufacturing site.
• Manage Employee Relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance.
• Coach and advise managers through HR processes.
• Support investigations and formal meetings.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees across the business.
• Support wider HR projects and continuous improvement.
