Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd requires an HR Advisor to join a busy manufacturing site in Normanton. You will provide hands-on HR support with a strong Employee Relations focus, handling disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management.

You will coach managers, guide HR processes, and help ensure policies are followed while contributing to a positive, stable work environment and ongoing people development.

Qualifications

• Strong Employee Relations background essential.
• Experience handling disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities
