Job summary

Howdens Raunds is seeking an HR Advisor to join our team at a flagship warehousing and distribution site. You will provide coaching and support on a wide range of people matters, partnering with operational leaders to deliver people-focused solutions while navigating employee relations and union engagement.

You will analyse data to influence decisions, build stakeholder relationships, and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture across a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a generalist HR Advisor or HRBP in a fast-paced operation.
• Significant employee relations experience with complex cases.
• Experience with union engagement and consultation processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practice and employment law.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support to managers on people matters.
• Partner with leaders to implement people-focused solutions.
• Advise on employee relations issues with policy and law alignment.
• Work with Trade Union representatives to maintain positive relations.
• Analyze people data to inform decisions and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, L&D and Employee Relations teams.
• Support organisational change and engagement initiatives.
