Leigh Academies Trust is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to advise Principals and line managers on family leave, attendance, performance and conduct, and to manage your own employee relations cases with coaching support. You will also use attendance data to help leaders support colleagues during restructures and TUPE transfers.

The role offers hybrid working across academies and head office, with enhanced maternity pay and ongoing CIPD development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR Advisor with CIPD Level 5 or working towards it.
• Advised managers on employee relations matters with actionable guidance.
• Writes clearly and remains calm in difficult conversations, upholding fairness.

Responsabilités

• Advise Principals and line managers on the full range of people matters.
• Handle your own employee relations casework with coaching on complex matters.
• Use attendance data to support leaders and assist restructures and TUPE transfers.
• Ensure fair treatment and timely pay changes across academies.
