Job summary

Childbase Partnership is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support managers and colleagues across our nurseries. You will handle employee relations, provide practical advice, and help shape people initiatives in a fast-paced, people-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Strong employee relations experience with ability to manage a varied caseload.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and policy application.
• CIPD qualification or HR-related degree required, hands-on generalist HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of employee relations cases and provide balanced advice.
• Coach managers to handle people challenges with confidence and fairness.
• Support the lifecycle of colleagues and contribute to HR projects and policies.
• Collaborate with the People Team to drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
