Community Academies Trust is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our central HR team in Tamworth. You will provide expert HR advice to senior leaders across our schools, lead on employee relations, casework and organisational change, and drive recruitment and workforce planning.

Based at Dimbleby House with hybrid working across central office, home and school visits, the role offers professional development, a generous pension, 36 days leave and support to achieve CIPD Level 5.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or willingness to work towards it.
• Proven HR advisory experience, ideally in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for people.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert HR advice to senior leaders across our schools.
• Lead on employee relations, casework, and organisational change.
• Drive recruitment campaigns and workforce planning.
• Support strategic initiatives in wellbeing, EDI, pay & grading, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with safer recruitment and SCR standards.
• Deliver impactful training and contribute to policy development.
