Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is partnering with a growing HR consultancy to recruit an experienced HR Advisor in Fleet. You will handle a mix of employee relations, onboarding and policy work across multiple clients, gaining exposure to diverse sectors and leadership teams.

You'll operate in a hybrid setup with three office days per week, develop commercial awareness, and build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders while delivering practical HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience at Advisor level or senior admin role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes.
• CIPD qualification or working towards it.
• Excellent organisational and multi-priority skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations casework (discipline, grievances, absence).
• Provide employment law guidance and best practice advice.
• Prepare contracts, policies, handbooks and communications.
• Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Manage HR administration, compliance and records.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Support organisational change projects and stakeholder relationships.
