Morgan Philips Group is a growing HR consultancy providing exposure to a broad range of clients and industries. This role offers a genuine mix of operational and project-based HR work, plus opportunities to engage in organisational change, engagement and people initiatives.

As part of a close-knit team, you’ll accelerate development beyond typical HR Advisor roles, building commercial awareness and strong business partnering skills while enjoying a hybrid setup with three days in the office each

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience at Advisor level or senior HR administration/coordinator role.
• Good understanding of UK employment law and HR processes.
• CIPD qualification, or working towards it.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Confidence building relationships with managers and stakeholders.
• Desire to learn and broaden HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Support organisations with a wide range of people matters including employee relations casework.
• Provide employment law guidance and best practice advice.
• Create and update HR documentation (contracts, policies, handbooks, communications).
• Support recruitment and onboarding activity.
• Handle HR administration, compliance and record management.
• Foster employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Assist with organisational change and people projects.
