Job summary

Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to broaden exposure across multiple clients and industries. You will tackle a mix of operational and project-based HR work, handling employee relations and HR processes.

You will gain exposure to organisational change, culture initiatives and people projects while building commercial awareness and strong partner relationships in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support organisations with employee relations casework and HR processes.
• Provide HR guidance and best practice advice.
• Prepare HR documentation, policies and onboarding materials.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
