Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking an HR Advisor for our Distribution Centres, based in Nottingham or Manchester. You’ll guide managers and colleagues through ER, absence and performance processes, and own payroll data cycles in partnership with Payroll to ensure accurate, on-time pay.

You’ll be a visible partner on-site across the DCs, delivering pragmatic employment law advice, onboarding support, data updates and HR reporting, all while championing an inclusive, values-led workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven HR experience in operational/logistics/FMCG with ER focus.
• Confident advising managers through disciplinaries and grievances.
• Experience with payroll data extraction and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on HR processes with empathy and fairness.
• Support absence, performance, grievances and investigations.
• Own payroll data cycle and reconcile payroll information.
• Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate, on-time pay.
• Provide onboarding support and HR data updates.
