Gattaca is seeking an ambitious HR professional to join our HR Operations team as an HR Advisor. You’ll provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees, and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while developing your knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

We’ll back you to complete CIPD Level 5, offer coaching from experienced HR professionals, and provide a clear development path over the next three years as the business grows.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent practical HR experience.
• Experience in HR Assistant/Coordinator/People Administrator roles.
• Passion for HR, especially employee relations and advisory work.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident, professional communication with managers and staff.
• Personable, approachable and customer-focused approach.
• Attention to detail and pride in high-quality work.
• Keen to learn, develop and take ownership of growth.
• Desire to build a long-term HR career in a growing business.
