Gattaca is seeking an ambitious HR professional to join our HR Operations team as an HR Advisor. You’ll provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees, and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while developing your knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
We’ll back you to complete CIPD Level 5, offer coaching from experienced HR professionals, and provide a clear development path over the next three years as the business grows.
At Gattaca, we're looking for an ambitious HR professional who has already built a solid foundation in Human Resources and is now ready to develop into a highly capable HR Advisor over the next few years. This is an ideal opportunity for someone currently working as an HR Assistant, People Administrator, or Junior HR Advisor who is passionate about people, employee relations and delivering an exceptional HR service.
The successful candidate will be supported to complete their CIPD Level 5 qualification and gain exposure to a broad range of HR activities and employee relations casework.
This isn't just a job. It's a genuine development opportunity for someone who sees HR as their long-term career and wants to grow with us over the next three years and beyond, during an exciting period of growth and success. You'll also be joining a team that was recently recognised as Team of the Year at our company awards, reflecting the impact, collaboration and service excellence that the team delivers across the business.
Working as part of our HR Operations team within our wider People team, you'll provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, whilst developing your knowledge of employment law, employee relations and HR best practice.
We're less interested in finding someone who already knows everything and more interested in finding someone who is motivated to learn, develop and build a successful career in HR.
You'll be someone who:

As part of our People Team, you'll play an important role in helping us achieve that ambition whilst developing your own HR career.
If you're currently working in HR and looking for a role that will accelerate your development; provide you structured CIPD support; and give you meaningful exposure to employee relations and HR advisory work, we'd love to hear from you
We offer reasonable adjustments to accommodate the needs of our applicants, such as providing interview questions in advance, offering written formats, changing interview times, structure, or settings, and arranging office visits before the interview. This list is not exhaustive, and we are open to considering any additional adjustments to support our candidates.
