Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an ambitious HR professional to develop into an HR Advisor over the next few years. Based in the UK, this development role is ideal for someone currently in HR Assistant, People Administrator or Junior HR Advisor roles who is passionate about people, employee relations and delivering a high-quality HR service.

The successful candidate will receive hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, supported to complete CIPD Level 5 qualification, and exposure to employee

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR experience.
• Experience in HR Assistant/Coordinator/People Administrator/Junior HR Advisor roles.
• Passionate about HR and employee relations.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident, professional communication with managers and employees.
• Personable, approachable and customer-focused.
• Attention to detail and quality of work.
• Keen to learn, grow and take ownership of their professional growth.
• Wants a long-term HR career in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Support managers with people-related queries and HR processes.
• Assist with employee relations matters including absence, performance, conduct and wellbeing cases.
• Manage and respond to HR queries for a great employee experience.
• Support employee benefits administration and annual benefits activities.
• Contribute to wellbeing initiatives, engagement activities and HR projects.
• Build strong relationships across the business as a trusted HR contact.
• Learn coaching and influencing managers to make effective people decisions.

Education

CIPD Level 3 or equivalent practical HR experience
