Livewell Southwest invites applications for a 12-month fixed-term People Advisor within the HR People Team. The role focuses on advising managers on absence, discipline, grievance, capability and change, and on developing their people management through coaching and training.

The post supports a 7-day service with hybrid working and potential part-time or job-share arrangements, and requires CIPD Associate membership.

Competenze

• Degree in HRM or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Associate Membership of the CIPD.

Mansioni

• Advise managers on absence, discipline, grievance, capability and management of change, including hearings.
• Develop solutions to HR issues through questioning, negotiation and persuasion.
• Interpret changes to employment legislation and contribute to HR policies.
