Job summary

Brook Street is seeking an experienced HR professional to join a busy and growing team on an initial 3-month contract, with potential for longer-term opportunities. The role is predominantly remote, with occasional onsite attendance, and requires strong HR experience, excellent organisational and administrative skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with standard hours and optional Saturday overtime on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience is essential.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Confident using a variety of systems and technology.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a range of HR activities across the business.
• Take ownership of key HR processes, including the appraisal system.
• Possibility of optional Saturday morning overtime on a rota basis.
• Work primarily remotely with occasional onsite attendance when required.
