Job summary

SF Partners in Kingswinford is seeking an HR Advisor to cover a 12-month maternity leave. You will be the first point of contact for HR enquiries and handle employee relations, HR administration and payroll support for the site.

This role is site-based, Monday to Friday with free parking. You will administer PeopleHR, assist with recruitment, support investigations and disciplinary processes, monitor sickness, manage redundancies and update HR policies while maintaining accurate records and

Responsibilities

• Administer PeopleHR, including holidays, expenses, sickness records and reporting.
• Support recruitment, from preparing job specifications through to onboarding and offboarding.
• Support investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Monitor sickness absence across the group, identify triggers and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Manage redundancy processes
• Update HR policies and track mandatory training.
• Support organisational structure updates.
• Process monthly payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
• Arrange accommodation bookings and provide fleet support.
