ONSIDE is seeking an HR Advisor to join our friendly HR Team in Worcester. This role offers exposure across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and staff to deliver a high-quality HR service that supports our charity.
You will provide practical HR advice on recruitment, absence management, employee relations, wellbeing and change. You’ll also maintain HR systems, produce workforce information and help develop people practices across the organisation.
Salary Band: £27,500 - £30,000 FTE per annum
Location: On-site role Worcester, WR1

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our HR Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees to deliver a high-quality HR service that makes a real difference across the organisation.
Working closely with managers across the organisation, you'll provide practical HR advice and support on a wide range of people matters, including recruitment, absence management, employee relations, wellbeing and organisational change. You'll also play an important role in maintaining our HR systems, producing workforce information, and supporting the development of our people practices.
Our HR Team works across a diverse range of HR activities, meaning you'll gain valuable experience across recruitment, employee relations, wellbeing, organisational development, policy work, systems, reporting and change management. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to continue developing as a well-rounded HR professional.
You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with managers, influence people practices and contribute to projects that support organisational success.
We are looking for someone with experience in an HR Advisor, HR Officer, Senior HR Administrator or similar generalist people role.
You will have strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build credible and effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and provide proactive, customer-focused support.
You will have a good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice, together with the confidence to advise and coach managers on a range of people matters. Experience supporting employee relations cases and absence management processes is essential.
The ideal candidate would hold or be working towards a CIPD qualification.
